The Dairy Farm Foodhall in Selfoss is a fantastic food culture house. A food hall with eight restaurants, a wine bar, and an exhibition about the history of the Icelandic skyr. The restaurants are Samúelsson Matbar, Ísey Skyr Bar, Röstí Burgers & Beer, Romano Pasta, Takkó, Menam Thai Food, Menam Dim Sum, and Flatey.
